Sometimes life gets busy and emails slip through the cracks. If you missed an email, you’ll find all of our project emails right here.
These emails go out 18 weeks before your project starts and are packed with all the details, tips, and updates you need to get ready for your mission project.

Common Questions

Most universal adapters will work in other countries. However, if you're bringing a hair dryer or electric shaver, you’ll need an adapter that also converts voltage from 220V to 110V. The exception is South Africa, which requires a specific adapter unique to the country.

We’ll be using WhatsApp to stay in touch during the trip. About a week before the project, we’ll send you a link to join the WhatsApp group. Simply download the app (for Apple or Google), click the link, and you're all set!
Please remember, this group is mainly for the project leader to share important updates, so think twice before sending messages to the whole group. You can also use it to communicate one on one with other participants.

For most concerts, we’ll wear black polos with the GMP logo. You’ll receive your shirt in the mail about a week before departure. If you registered late and didn’t receive a shirt, feel free to wear a plain black shirt. Concert attire typically includes black pants or blue jeans.

About a month before the departure date, we will send an email with a Dropbox link to the music. If you're using a tablet, be sure to print a hard copy as a backup. And please practice!

Around one month before departure, Kenn Hughes will email your flight itinerary. At that time, you'll be able to add your frequent flyer number to your booking.

One week before departure, you’ll receive an email titled "Travel Packet with Itinerary." Simply click the button in the email to download the full travel packet.
